Case Notes
1. What does this feature do?
Section titled “1. What does this feature do?”The Case Notes module displays a list of notes related to the process, notifications and other data about the client.
2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)
Section titled “2. Who is this for? (Roles & Permissions)”Any Role with permission to view and update clients.
- Super Admin: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned locations.
- Admin: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned location.
- Owner: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned location.
- Manager: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned location.
3. Business Rules & Enforcements
Section titled “3. Business Rules & Enforcements”- Rule 1: Only visible for roles with “update_clients” and “view_all_clients” permissions.

Section titled “5. How-To Guide (Step-by-Step)”- From the main dashboard, navigate to Clients in the main menu.
- At the bottom of the Client’s form find the Case Notes module.
- Three inputs are given when creating a case note: Date, Observations, Reference.
