Case Notes

The Case Notes module displays a list of notes related to the process, notifications and other data about the client.

Any Role with permission to view and update clients.

  • Super Admin: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned locations.
  • Admin: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned location.
  • Owner: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned location.
  • Manager: Can view and edit client’s case notes in their assigned location.
  • Rule 1: Only visible for roles with “update_clients” and “view_all_clients” permissions.

  1. From the main dashboard, navigate to Clients in the main menu.
  2. At the bottom of the Client’s form find the Case Notes module.
  3. Three inputs are given when creating a case note: Date, Observations, Reference.
