Objective
Section titled “Objective”Serve as a quick manual for non-technical users who need to complete real daily tasks.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Verify that you can sign in.
- Confirm the active location (if applicable).
- Make sure required modules are visible in the menu.
Common tasks
Section titled “Common tasks”1. Sign in
Section titled “1. Sign in”- Sign in with username and password.
- Complete 2FA if prompted.
- If you cannot access your account, use password recovery.
2. Check schedule and pending items
Section titled “2. Check schedule and pending items”- Open Home to review your daily summary.
- Open Calendar to verify appointments and events.
3. Work with clients
Section titled “3. Work with clients”- Search for the client in Clients.
- Review key data and case context.
- Record or update required information.
4. Record service notes
Section titled “4. Record service notes”- Open Notes and select RBT or BCBA.
- Complete required information.
- Save and confirm the note is properly registered.
5. Complete clinical follow-up
Section titled “5. Complete clinical follow-up”The BIP (Behavior Intervention Plan) is the core clinical guide for behavior work with each client. Before recording progress, make sure you are following the active plan.
- Review the BIP and/or initial assessments.
- Check supervision logs when applicable.
- Validate client consent forms.
6. Resolve incidents
Section titled “6. Resolve incidents”- Create a ticket if there is a blocker or functional issue.
- Attach context: module, client, date, and error message.
- Track updates in My Tickets.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Record information as soon as it happens.
- Verify data before saving.
- Escalate incidents with clear evidence.
- Confirm permissions when a menu option is missing.

Section titled “Assumptions”- This guide prioritizes common tasks and does not cover all exceptional cases.
